- Detection of Human STAT6 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line and human peripheral blood lymphocyte. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:2000 dilution of Human/Mouse STAT6 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # PA-ST6) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for STAT6 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 9.
