- Total cell lysate (15 µg protein) from non-treated (lane 1) and 100 ng/mL recombinant human IL-4 treated (lane 2) Daudi cells (10 minute treatment) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with 1:400 of purified anti-STAT6 Phospho antibody or 1:10000, 1:40000 and 1:100000 of Direct-Blot™ HRP anti-STAT6 Phospho antibody (upper) or loading control GAPDH (clone Poly6314) antibody (lower). Proteins were visualized by chemiluminescence detection using HRP goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody for the purified antibody, and HRP donkey anti-rabbit IgG antibody for GAPDH. Lane M is the molecular weight ladder.
