Western Blot of rabbit anti-STAT6 pY641 antibody. Lane 1: unstimulated Hela cell lysate. Lane 2: IL-4 stimulated Hela cell lysate. Load: 10 µg per lane. Primary antibody: STAT6 pY641 antibody at 1:1000 for overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: HRP goat anti-rabbit at 1:40,000 for 30 min at RT. Block: 5% Blotto, 30 min at RT. Predicted/Observed size: 94 kDa, 90 kDa. Other band(s): unspecific bands.
