- Tissue lysate of mouse brain (30 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with APP monoclonal antibody, clone J4H9 (Cat # MAB2041) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
