- PA5-16730 targets Amyloid Precursor Protein (APP) in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human, mouse, and Rat samples. The PA5-16730 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminal of human APP. This antibody is predicted to recognize beta-APP695 and beta-APP751. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling of tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
