- Detection of Human Phospho-ZAP70 (Y493) by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 1 mM Pervanadate (PV) for 10 minutes or 2 mM H2O2 for 2 minutes. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human Phospho-ZAP70 (Y493) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7694) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Phospho-ZAP70 (Y493) at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
