- ChIP was performed with GDP extract and either control IgG (5 μg/IP) or DNMT3B antibody at a titration of 1, 2, and 5 μg per ChIP experiment. The precipitated DNA was detected by qPCR with two different primer pairs for the PRRX1 gene, used as a positive control target.
