- PA1-4307 detects CLAC-P (NC2-2 region) in human samples. PA1-4307 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects bands of 50, 70, and 100 kDa representing CLAC-P in formic acid extracts of Alzheimer’s disease brain. PA1-4307 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 155-169 of the NC2-2 region of human and mouse CLAC-P.
