Description: PA1-4308 detects CLAC-P (NC3 region) in human and mouse samples. PA1-4308 has been successfully used in Western blotting and immunohistochemistry procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a ~70 kDa protein representing CLAC-P (NC3 region) in stable HEK293T cell lines expressing CLAC-P (NC3 region). PA1-4308 does not cross react with COLXIII or COLXXIII proteins. PA1-4308 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 430-443 of the NC3 region of human and mouse CLAC-P. Maintain at 4ºC for 3 months or at -20ºC for longer periods. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
