Experimental details

Human PBMCs were incubated for 3 days in media alone (top) or with GM-CSF (bottom). Cells were then stained with 159Tb-anti-CD11c (Bu15) and 168Er-anti-CD206/MMR (15-2). CD33+ Monocyte cells are displayed in the analysis.
