- The whole cell lysate derived from serum starved Jurkat was separated in 10% SDS-PAGE, transferred onto NC membrane, and immunoblotted by LCK (phospho Y505) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12750) at 1 : 500. An immunoreactive band around ~ 60 kDa is observed.
