- Western Blot: Lck [p Ser192] Antibody [NSB844] - Background cell extracts that do not contain Lck (1) or with full length untagged recombinant active human Lck protein added (2-5) were resolved by SDS-PAGE on 10% polyacrylamide gel and transferred to PVDF. Membranes were blocked with 5% BSA-TBST buffer for 1hr at RT, then incubated with Lck [pY192] Ab for 2hrs at RT in 1% BSA-TBST buffer, following prior incubation with: no peptide (1, 2), non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen (3), generic phosphotyrosine-containing peptide (4), or phosphopeptide immunogen (5). The data show that only the peptide corresponding to Lck [pY192] blocks the signal, demonstrating the specificity of the antibody.
