- Description: The RA3-6B2 monoclonal antibody reacts with exon A-restricted isoform of mouse CD45, a 220 kDa surface molecule. CD45R/B220 epitope is mainly expressed by the B cell lineage from early Pro-B to mature B cells. However, some activated T cells, lymphokine activated killer cells (LAK), NK cell progenitors in the bone marrow, and T cells of the lpr/lpr mutant mouse also express this antigen.

- Spectral signature for NovaFluor Red 700 collected on a 5-laser Cytek Aurora Full Spectrum flow cytometer using Cytek assay settings. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with anti-human CD4 (SK3) and signatures displayed following gating on the lymphocyte population.

- BALB/c mouse splenocytes were unstained (left) or stained with 1 µg of CD45R Monoclonal Antibody, NovaFluor Red 700 (right). All cells were co-stained with CD3e (145-2C11) Monoclonal Antibody, eFluor 450 (Product # 48-0031-82). Total viable cells were used for analysis, as determined by LIVE/DEAD Blue (Product # L34962). Data was acquired on a 5-laser Cytek Aurora and unmixed with autofluorescence extraction.

Total viable cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis, as determined by LIVE/DEAD Blue (Product # L34962). Data was acquired on a 5-laser Cytek Aurora and unmixed with autofluorescence extraction.
