Flow Cytometry: ER alpha/NR3A1 Antibody (ER503) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-33323] - Using the Alexa Fluor 488 direct conjugate An intracellular stain was performed on MCF-7 cells with ER alpha/NR3A1 (ER503) NBP2-33323AF488 (blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-27287AF488 (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 10 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488.
