- Product name
- Mouse Monoclonal ER alpha/NR3A1 Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein G purified. This MAb is specific to ER alpha and shows minimal cross-reaction with other members of the family. ER is an important regulator of growth and differentiation in the mammary gland. Presence of ER in breast tumors indicates an increased likelihood of response to anti-estrogen (e.g. tamoxifen) therapy. This MAb is excellent for staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded breast carcinomas.

- Flow (Intracellular): ER alpha/NR3A1 Antibody (ER505) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-33106] - An intracellular stain was performed on MCF7 cells with ER alpha/NR3A1 Antibody [ER505] NBP2-33106PCP (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to PerCP. Image using the Azide and BSA Free format of this antibody.
