- Unpurified. This antibody detects both the pro- and active-Caspase 9 forms. In western blots, the proform of caspase-9 is detected at ~50 kDa, the large subunit at ~35 kDa, and the small subunit at ~15 kDa. Intermediate caspase-9 cleavage forms may also be seen at ~21 kDa.
