- Western blot analysis of Phospho-p62 pSer28 in Jurkat lysate using a Phospho-p62 pSer28 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35409). Results show a band at ~48Da. Phosphospecificity is shown in the second lane where immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption of the phospho-peptide used as antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide (not shown).
