- Mouse Monoclonal IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects porcine IL-1 beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-1 beta and recombinant mouse (rm) IL-1 beta is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhIL-1 alpha , rmIL-1 alpha , recombinant porcine IL-1 alpha or recombinant rat IL-1 alpha is observed.

- Experimental details
- Cell Proliferation Induced by IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 and Neutralization by Porcine IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 Antibody. Recombinant Porcine IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 (Catalog # 681-PI) stimulates proliferation in the the D10.G4.1 mouse helper T cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Porcine IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 (75 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Porcine IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6811). The ND50 is typically 4-15 µg/mL in the presence of concanavalin A (1.25 µg/mL).
