Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta) was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Human IL-1 beta Monoclonal Antibody(GTX10749) at 10 μg/mL for 3 hours at room. cells were stained (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
