- Detection of Human and Mouse AAK1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of IMR-32 human neuroblastoma cell line, Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and L1.2 mouse pro-B cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human AAK1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6886) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for AAK1 (Long Form) at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
