- Western Blot: WWOX Antibody [NBP2-32121] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WWOX antibody NBP2-32121 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. WWOX was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-WWOX antibody NBP2-32121. For blotting immunoprecipitated WWOX, NBP2-32121 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
