Experimental details: HIF1 alpha antibody [GT10211] detects HIF1 alpha protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 500 £gM CoCl2 treatment for 24hr) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 ?g) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HIF1 alpha antibody [GT10211] (GTX628480) at a dilution of 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
