Immunocytochemical analysis of Cathepsin S using Cathepsin S Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-50482) in U87-MG cells at a dilution of 1:500. Cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: Cathepsin S stained by Cathepsin S antibody (MA5-50482) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.

Immunocytochemical analysis of Cathepsin S using Cathepsin S Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-50482) in DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells at a dilution of 1:250. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Cathepsin S stained by Cathepsin S antibody (MA5-50482) diluted at 1:250. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
