- GMA-030 is a versatile antibody useful for detection of human prothrombin kringle 2 and plasminogen kringle 5 (ñminiplasminogenî) by immunoassay and immunoblotting. It blocks tPA, urokinase, and streptokinase activation of plasminogen. It has no effect on plasmin chromogenic substrate activity. GMA-030 is the designated cell line alpha-HII-5 as described by Church, W et al. in reference 1.
