- IGFBP-3 in Human Colon. IGFBP-3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon using 10 ug/ml Human IGFBP-3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained with Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
