- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects mouse IGFBP-3 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IGF-I, rmIGF-II, rmIGFBP-2, rmIGFBP-5, rmIGFBP-6, and recombinant human IGFBP-3 is observed.
