- Cell lysates of HepG2, Hep3B, MDA-MB-231 and MCF7 (each 20 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human Cathepsin D (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and ECL detection system. Lane 1: HepG2; Lane 2: Hep3B; Lane 3: MDA-MB-231; Lane 4: MCF7.
