Experimental details

Total cell lysate from human THP1 cells (lane 1) and mouse Raw264.7 cells (lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-HIF1-β (clone W15091A) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an HRP Goat anti-mouse IgG Antibody and chemiluminescence detection. Purified anti-Tubulin-α (clone 10D8) antibody was used as a loading control.
