- Anti-ARNT polyclonal antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Description
- Aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT protein), also kown as, Class E basic helix-loop-helix protein 2 (bHLHe2) or Dioxin receptor, nuclear translocator or Hypoxia-inducible factor 1-beta (HIF-1-beta or HIF1-beta), and encoded by the gene names ARNT or BHLHE2, is required for the ligand-binding subunit to translocate from the cytosol to the nucleus after ligand binding. ARNT then initiates transcription of genes involved in the activation of PAH procarcinogens.
