- Product name
- anti-Breakpoint Cluster Region (BCR) (pTyr177) antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr177 (P-F-Y (p) -V-N) derived from Human Bcr. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
- Description
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

- IgG
- Vial size
- 50 μL
- Concentration
- 1 mg/mL
- Storage
- Store at -20°C for long term preservation (recommended). Store at 4°C for short term use.
