- Integrin alpha 8 in 4T1 Mouse Cell Line. Integrin alpha 8 was detected in immersion fixed 4T1 mouse breast cancer cell line using Goat Anti-Mouse Integrin alpha 8 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF4076) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI(blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm and cell surface.
