- Specificity: This antibody recognizes and antigenic structure of 45,000 daltons type II transmembrane glycoprotein present on human precursor B cells and T cells, activated T cells, natural killer cells and some monocytes, myeloblasts and erythroblasts. - Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of CD38 in Daudi cells using CD38 Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-48346). Paraformaldehyde-fixed cells were immobilized on cover slips and stained with CD38 Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody at 10 µg/mL for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom CD38 Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was a Rabbit IgG Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-47825) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
