Submission file format
General information for file submission
- The file must be a delimited text file, comma separated or tab separated. E.g. In Excel: Save as "Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt)"
- The file must have a header row. Once you have uploaded the file you will be prompted to map your headers to the features in Antibodypedia.
Specific information for Antibody data
- The file must contain one column that provides a reference to a human antigen against which the antibody is reactive (i.e. Ensembl gene ID, Uniprot accession number, NCBI / EntrezGene ID or RefSeq peptide ID).
- Please note that antibodies against non-human antigens may be listed in Antibodypedia if they possess reactivity against a cognate human protein. Human or Mouse gene accession numbers must be used for these antigens.
- Please note that applications must be assigned to appropriate columns ("Validated applications" / "Recommended applications without primary data") based on the presence or absence of user-accessible validation data (click here for additional information).
- If antibodies are validated in more than one application they should be separated by commas (e.g., WB, IHC, FC and not WB IHC FC).
