- Immunoprecipitation analysis of 200ug extracts of Jurkat cells, using 3 ug Phospho-ZAP70-Y319 polyclonal antibody (STJ22448). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using Phospho-ZAP70-Y319 polyclonal antibody (STJ22448) at a dilition of 1:1000. Jurkat cells were treated by Hydrogen Peroxide (2 mM) at 37 °C for 2 minutes after serum-starvation overnight.
