Western Blot of Mouse Anti-Dnmt3b antibody. Lane 1: Cell lysates of 293 transfected with mouse Dnmt3a. Lane B: Cell lysates of 293 transfected with mouse Dnmt3b. Load: 10 µg per lane. Primary antibody: Dnmt3a antibody at 2 µg/mL for overnight at 4°C against 10 µg of cell lysates. Secondary antibody: IRDye800™ mouse secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4°C. Predicted/Observed size: 101.7 kDa for Dmnt3b in lane 2. Other band(s): none.
